Group Mat Pilates

Our group classes for 10–12 participants combine core strengthening, flexibility, and posture work in a supportive, motivating environment.

Suitable for all fitness levels, these low-impact sessions are ideal for injury recovery, peri- and menopause wellness, and overall functional fitness. Each class is designed to challenge and engage everyone, with modifications to ensure safety and progress.

Pilates Core & Strength 
 

Pilates Beginner & Mobility

This full-body workout has a strong focus on building core strength and enhancing mobility. Small equipment such as resistance bands, balls, or weights may be incorporated to further challenge your core and deepen your mobility work. While this class is not suited for beginners, it offers different levels to accommodate all abilities. Expect a challenging session that builds stability, improves flexibility, and strengthens the entire body. Benefits: Strengthen and stabilize the core Improve flexibility and joint mobility Build full-body strength and endurance Small equipment used to enhance the workout Not for beginners; all abilities welcomed with varying levels of intensity

The Foundation Class is designed for those new to Pilates or looking to revisit the basics. Focused on building a solid understanding of core principles, this class will teach you essential techniques, improve posture, and develop strength. Through simple, controlled movements, you'll gain the confidence and foundation needed to progress in your Pilates practice.
