After leaving the corporate world, I followed my passion for movement and wellbeing — and it changed everything.

My own journey has taken me from navigating PMDD into perimenopause since my late 30s. Along the way, I had to become my own advocate: turning to Pilates, strength training, and learning how to truly support my body through nutrition and mindful movement.

Now, I’m here to share that journey with you.

As a mum, and as someone who understands how much the goalposts can constantly shift, I know how hard it can feel to prioritise yourself — especially when your body doesn’t respond the way it used to. That’s exactly why the way we move matters.
​
I run a boutique studio in Leicestershire, specialising in personalised 1:1 and small-group Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions. I help men and women reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and feel more confident and energised through contemporary, functional Pilates.

I have a particular passion for supporting clients through life transitions — especially perimenopause — helping them feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies again
